FashionFad was founded by Francis Fagjot John, PhD, after two decades of working safely, compassionately, and successfully with people with disabilities across multiple continents. This lifelong commitment also inspired the Amazon‑published book “Baby Steps to Aging Practice.”

FashionFad is the result of a rare dream: To create a global fashion ecosystem where people with disabilities are not just included—they are leaders, creators, innovators, and icons.
